The Spanish Paralympic Committee has finally published the minimum times and distances for attending the Olympic Games.

The minimums that Xavi has to surpass are:

- Triple jump: minimum for A berth 12.50m / minimum for B berth 12.00m

- Long jump: minimum for A berth 6.06m / minimum for B berth 5.85m

- 100m: minimum for A berth 11.57s / minimum for B berth 11.63s

Xavi believes that he can reasonably beat the A-berth minimums for the jumps, while the 100m will be more complicated.

The minimum for an A berth gives athletes full rights to participate in the games, whilst B berths depend on how many athletes attain an A berth, as well as on a technical committee.
